Do I need to have an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to order on our webstore. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to change an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size and colour of an item, removing an item or changing the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as your order may have already been processed and will have to be returned and refunded upon return email@example.com.
What type of Payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal / Apple Pay / Credit Card / AfterPay
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have completed the checkout page you have to agree to the terms and conditions to get redirected to the payment page. We accept numerous payment methods.
When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be handled. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.
When will my order be shipped
Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day, when ordered on the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact Customer Service if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order: firstname.lastname@example.org

When will I receive my order?
Standard post is 3-5 working days
Express should be 1-2 working days
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the Love Stories goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any items received are defective or damaged. So what should you do? The best way is to contact us first by sending an e-mail with pictures of the faulty products explaining what is wrong. After that we will issue a replacement if available or, if required by the customer, a refund. In case of damaged or faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer. Where do Love Stories Australia deliver to?
At the moment we only deliver to addresses within Australia.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping to addresses within Australia is free with orders $100 and over.
I want to return my order, or a part of it, what should I do?
During our Archive Sale all items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds unless the product is deemed faulty.
Please note: briefs, bodysuits and bikini briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, please refer to our terms and conditions for further information. Items specified as Archive Sale also cannot be returned.
My received goods are damaged. What can I do?

Once approved, we will issue a replacement if available or, if required by the customer, a refund. Love Stories intimates uses sizes 1,2,3, 1+,2+ and 3+ for their bralettes.
The regular sizes 1,2, and 3 fit bust sizes 8, 10 and 12. The regular sizes 1,2 and 3 will then fit cup size A and B, the new +sizes, will fit cup sizes C and D.
The briefs are also sizes 1,2,3 and 4 which equal Australian sizes 8,10,12,14

When will the new collection arrive?
Twice a year we launch our collection that is available in our webstore, our Love Stories Boutiques and other stores that sell our brand.
