Placing Orders

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to order on our webstore. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to change an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size and colour of an item, removing an item or changing the delivery address.

If you wish to get a status update of your order, please contact our customer service team via email info@lovestoriesintimates.com.au.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as your order may have already been processed and will have to be returned and refunded upon return info@lovestoriesintimates.com.au.

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have completed the checkout page you have to agree to the terms and conditions to get redirected to the payment page. We accept numerous payment methods.

When will I be charged?

If your card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be handled. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.

When will my order be shipped

Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day, when ordered on the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact Customer Service if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order: info@lovestoriesintimates.com.au

To track your order, use the tracking code in the email you've received. Or login to our website to track your order.

When will I receive my order?

Standard post is 3-5 working days

Express should be 1-2 working days

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the Love Stories goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any items received are defective or damaged. So what should you do? The best way is to contact us first by sending an e-mail with pictures of the faulty products explaining what is wrong. After that we will issue a replacement if available or, if required by the customer, a refund. In case of damaged or faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer. If you have any further questions or concerns about returning a purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us on info@lovestoriesintimates.com.au

At the moment we only deliver to addresses within Australia.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping to addresses within Australia is free with orders $100 and over.

Returns Policy

Returns

I want to return my order or a part of it, what should I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, for instance the size was not correct or you don’t like the colour, you can return the articles in the box you received from us or other packaging that will prevent the clothes against damage.

Please note: briefs, bodysuits and bikini briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, please refer to our terms and conditions for further information. Any items marked FINAL SALE also cannot be returned. Fragrance can only be returned so long as it is completely unopened & plastic outer seal is fully intact.

Eligible articles must be returned in their original state; unworn, undamaged and with their labels and original packaging attached. (Items may be refused for return when not in acceptable condition). As per the Terms & Conditions, items for refund must be returned within 14 days. Follow the instructions on the Return Form enclosed with your order and return to the address below.

Always include the Return Form, your order number(s) and preferably the invoice you received with your package.

Please note that we will not pay the shipping cost for these returns. We will refund you for your returned product.

Online orders cannot be returned to our retail stores and must be shipped to the below address.

Can I return my online purchased items in store?

Unfortunately you cannot return your online purchased items in our boutiques. All online orders must be returned via post.

Have you received my return?

If you have returned an item, a confirmation email will be send to you with the refunded amount once the item has been received by us.

When exchanging an item, you will receive the tracking code of the new item, which means the exchange is in process.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, items reduced in price (so long as they are not specified as Final Sale) may be exchanged or returned within 14 days, incase unworn, including tags, packaging and in original condition. Please see the return form in your package.

Items purchased in our website can be returned online. By filling out the Return Form, received with your package and sending it back to us. Please contact us if you have any questions or to reserve the item in a different size for you. info@lovestoriesintimates.com.au

An online order cannot be returned in our Boutiques but must be returned to us using the Return Form.

The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of Love Stories Intimates. When registering to the website, you have the option not to receive any information from Love Stories Intimates.

Do you have a size guide?

Love Stories size guide

Love Stories intimates uses sizes 1,2,3, 1+,2+ and 3+ for their bralettes.

The regular sizes 1,2, and 3 fit bust sizes 8, 10 and 12. The regular sizes 1,2 and 3 will then fit cup size A and B, the new +sizes, will fit cup sizes C and D.

The briefs are also sizes 1,2,3 and 4 which equal Australian sizes 8,10,12,14

Twice a year we launch our collection that is available in our webstore, our Love Stories Boutiques and other stores that sell our brand.
